上消化道出血与饮酒的关系及术后护理

上消化道渍疡伴出血是一种常见急症之一，本文通过对饮酒所致的消化道出血进行调查，发现新疆因海拔高、缺氧、天气寒冷，人们有饮酒御寒的习惯，长期反复大量饮酒而致上消化道出血临床多见，故强调从积极预防诱发因素和加强手术护理入手，配合饮食护理、合理用药、心理护理以及健康教育，从而达到预防疾病、维持健康的目的。

Relation of Gastrointestinal Bleeding and Drinking Alcohol and Postoperative Care

The upper gastrointestinal ulcer with bleeding is one of the common emergency symptom. Drinking alcohol caused the upper gastrointestinal bleeding was investigated in this article, The result showed that it is very common in patients who long-term drink a great amount of alcohol will cause bleeding in the high sea level area of Xinjiang province ,where in lack of oxygen and with acid brown soil, so,it emphasized that postive prevention the induced elements, strengthening the postoperative care, cooperation with biet care, rational of using medicine, psychological care and health education are important, if we have followed all the above-mentioned factors ,the aim of prevention of diseases and keeping health will be achieved.
