| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨活血化瘀方药(膈下逐瘀汤)对四氯化碳所致小鼠脂肪肝模型的保护作用。方法:采用四氯化碳腹腔注射造成小鼠急性脂肪肝模型,并观察活血化瘀方药对该模型的影响。结果:活血化瘀方药能显著改善模型动物的肝指数和血清丙氨酸基转移酶(ALT)水平(P<0.05);有降低动物血清、肝脏甘油三酯(TG)水平的趋势;病理切片显示活血化瘀方药(膈下逐瘀汤)能显著减轻模型肝脏损伤。结论:活血化瘀方药(膈下逐瘀汤)对四氯化碳所致小鼠急性脂肪肝模型具有明显的保护作用。

| Abstract: | Objective:To study the protective effects of activating microcirculation and removing stasis medicinal herbs on the model of fatty liver induced by CCl4.Methods:The model of fatty liverl induced by CCl4.was prepared,the response of the therapy by the activating microcirculation and removing stasis medicinal herbs was observed.Results:The herbs could improve the index of liver and ALT in serum,and also decrease the level of the hepatic TG;the inspecting of pathologic showed that the herbs could decreasing the damnification of the model.Conclusions:The activaging microcirculation and removing stasis medicinal herbs possess the protective effects on fatty liver model induced by CCl4. |
