| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨血清中唾液酸(Sialic Acid,SA)和恶性肿瘤特异性生长因子(Tumor Specific Growth Factor,TSGF)浓度的相关性。方法 对53例恶性肿瘤患者及正常人血清进行TSGF和SA含量测定。结果 血清中TSGF和SA浓度相关良好(SA=7.9808 TSGF 63.894,γ=0.9168)。结论 SA是一种可能替代TSGF的检测方法。
