| 摘 要： | 目的建立清脑降压片中黄芩苷的含量测定方法。方法采用RP-HPLC法进行测定,色谱柱为DikmaC18（5μm,250mm×4.6mm）,流动相为甲醇-水-磷酸（47∶53∶0.2）,检测波长为280nm,柱温：25℃。结果清脑降压片中黄芩苷的的线性范围为3.28～52.48μg·ml-1,r=0.9999,平均回收率为95.3%,RSD值为1.22%。结论该方法简便,结果准确,重现性好,可作为清脑降压片的质量控制方法。

| Abstract: | Objective Establishes with the opposition highly effective liquid chromatography （ RPHPLC） determination qingnao jiangya tablet of Baicalin＇s content method. Methods Uses RP-HPLC to dectect,chromatograph Volume was Dikma C18 （ 5μm,250 mm × 4. 6 mm） ,Mobilephase：Methanol-water-Phosphoric acid （ 47：53：0. 2） ; Dectectwavelength is 280nm; The temperature of chromatopraph volume was 25℃. Results The Baicalin linear scope 3. 28 ～ 52. 48μg/ml （ r = 0. 9999） ,（ r = 0. 9999） The average recoveries were 95. 3% ,and the RSD were 1. 22%. Conclusion These methods can be used for quality control of qingnao jiangya tablet. |
