哌罗匹隆与奎硫平治疗首发精神分裂症的临床疗效比较

目的比较哌罗匹隆与奎硫平治疗首发精神分裂症的临床疗效。方法将该院2009年3月—2011年9月间收治的82例首发精神分裂症患者随机分为哌罗匹隆治疗组和奎硫平治疗组,每组各41例,观察两组患者的临床疗效及不良反应情况。结果哌罗匹隆组患者治疗后总有效率为95.1%,喹硫平组患者治疗后总有效率为92.7%,组间差异无统计学意义（P〉0.05）。哌罗匹隆组不良反应发生率为12.2%,喹硫平组不良反应发生率为9.8%,组间差异无统计学意义（P〉0.05）。结论哌罗匹隆与奎硫平治疗首发精神分裂症临床疗效确切,哌罗匹隆和临床疗效咯优于奎硫平是安全有效的抗精神病药物,值得临床进一步推广使用。

Clinical Curative Effect Comparison of Perospirone and Quetiapine in the Treatment of First-episode Schizophrenia

Objective To compare clinical curative effect of perospirone and quetiapine in the treatment of first -episode schizophrenia. Methods 82 patients with first-episode schizophrenia in our hospital from 2009 to2011 years were randomly divided into perospirone treatment group and quetiapine treatment group,41 cases in each group, observed the clinical efficacy and adverse reaction of patients in two groupsh. Results The total effective rate of patients in perospirone group was 95.1%, The total effective rate of patients in quetiapine group was 92.7%, the difference between two groups was no statistically significants （P0.05）. Incidence of adverse reactions in perospirone group was12.2%.incidence of adverse reactions in Quetiapine group was 9.8%, there was no significant difference between groups （P 0.05）. Conclusion Perospirone and quetiapine in the treatment of first-episode schizophrenia all have good clinical curative effect, is safe and effective antipsychotic drugs, so it is worthy of further clinical using.
