科学型护理硕士对专业型护理硕士研究生培养的质性研究

[目的]通过对临床一线科学型护理硕士进行半结构访谈，为我国今后培养专业型护理硕士研究生提供依据。[方法]对6名毕业于不同院校并就职于4所三级甲等教学医院的科学型护理硕士进行半结构访谈，将获得的资料进行分析、整理、提炼主题。[结果]目前工作在临床一线护理硕士研究方向与工作科室不符、社会对护理硕士认识有限、医院给其施展舞台不足、合理分层使用护士有待提高。[结论]社会、医院对护理硕士要有正确认识，为其发展提供空间、合理分层使用；国家应适时调整两种类型护理硕士招生比例，对促进护理事业发展有积极作用。

Qualitative study of science-type nursing master on professional nursing graduate training

Objective：To provide the evidences for professional nursing master degree of postgraduates training in China in the future through semi - struc- tured interview for clinical glimmer of science - type nursing master. Methods. The semi- structured interview was carried out for six science- type nursing masters graduated from different universities and worked in 4 three grade A teaching hospitals, and the obtained data were analyzed, arranged and refined for theme. Results= the research direction of the first - line clinical nursing master did not match to the work departments, the understanding of society and hospital was limited for nursing master, and the displaying stage given by hospital was inadequate, reasonable stratification using of nurse needs to be im- proved community nursing master limited hospital to cast stage, reasonable hi- erarchical use of nurses need to be improved. Conclusion- Society and hospital should have a correct understanding of the nursing master,and to provide space for their development and reasonable hierarchical use; it has the positive role for promoting the development of the nursing that the nation timely adjusts the enrollment ratio of two types of nursing masters.
