| 摘 要： | 本组新生儿化脓性脑膜炎合并脑液化，经CT、B超、液化腔穿刺、尸检证实为脑液化。以额、颞、顶叶多见。可能与脑膜血管炎症及梗塞，自由基连锁反应有关、积极控制脑水肿，降低颅内压．改善脑供血，清除自由基对预防脑液化是必要的。

| Abstract: | The diagnosis of this group was verified by CT and B-ultra scanning, tapping of the liquefy cavity, and autopsy. The mostly affeoted areas were frontal,temporal and parienal lobes. This might be related with infection and occlusion of meningeal vessels and chain reactions of oxygen free redicals.In prevention of this complication, we regarded that the following measures were indlspensable:active control of brain edema, decreasing of intracranial pressure, improving blood supply and clearing out free radicles. |
