低分子量肝素钙对不稳定性心绞痛疗效的临床分析

目的探讨低分子量肝素钙治疗不稳定心绞痛(UAP)的临床疗效。 方法选择住院UAP患者56例,随机分为常规治疗组(对照组)和在常规治疗基础上加用低分子量肝素钙组(LMWHC)(治疗组),进行临床疗效比较;观察两组以及LMWH治疗前后血液流变学的变化。结果治疗组对UAP疗效为91.6%,与对照组疗效70.0%比较,差异有高度显著性意义(P<0.01);治疗组心电图改善86.1%,优于对照组70.0%(P<0.05);LMWH治疗后血液流变学各指标明显好转。 结论LMWH通过降低血液粘度,改善微循环,缓解UAP的临床症状;同时操作简便,安全可靠,值得临床推广应用。

The Clinical Analysis of Low Molecular Weight Heparin Calcium (LMWHC) in Unstable Angina Pectoris

Objective To investigate the effects of low molecular weight heparin calcium (L M W HC) on the clinical manifestation and hemorrheology in the patients with unstable angina pectoris (U AP) . Methods 56 hospitalized patient of U A P were randomly divided in to two groups: 20 as controlgroup who were treated with routine method, and 36 as treatment group who were treated with routine methodplus LMWHC . The clinical manifestation and hemorrheology were observed . Results The clinicaltherapeutic effect in the treatment group was 91.6% , which compared with the control group (70.0%) wasobviously of great significence (P<0.01) . Electrocardiogram improvement in the treatment group was 86.1%, which was also superior (P<0.05) to that of the control group (70.0%) . Meanwhile, the hemorrheologywas improved . conclusion It is suggested that LMWHC could improve the microcirculation by loweringblood viscosity, thus to alleviate the clinical symptoms . Treatment with LMWHC for UAP is simple andconvenient to perform with safe, reliable and satisfactory effects .
