3种不同产地桃仁中苦杏仁甙含量测定

摘    要:采用二阶导数光谱法直接测定三种不同产地(福建、安徽、新疆)桃仁中苦杏仁甙的含量。结果表明,福建产的桃仁苦杏仁甙含量为2.37%,安徽产为1.38%,新疆产为2.06%;二阶导数光谱法测定桃仁中苦杏仁甙的含量,其样品不经分离即可消除背景干扰。方法简便快速准确可靠。

Abstract:The second class derivative spectrum method was used to determine the amygdalin contents of Prunus persica(L.) Batsch. from three different areas (Fujian, Anhui, Xinjiang). The result showed that the amygdalin from Fujian was 2.37%, from Anhui was 1.38%, from Xinjiang was 2.06%. This determine method could eliminate the background interference, so the specimen didn't need to be purified. This method is simple, convenient, high speed, accurate, and reliabile.
