| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨中药橄榄降脂胶囊的降脂机制,为临床应用提供实验依据。方法:采用酶法检测大鼠血清总胆固醇(TC)、甘油三酯(TG);采用磷钨酸-镁沉淀法检测HDL-c、LDL-c,RT-PCR法测定肝低密度脂蛋白受体(LDLR)基因表达。结果:模型组大鼠TC、TG、LDL-c均显著高于正常组,HDL-c显著低于正常组(P<0.05)。与正常组比较,模型组大鼠肝LDLR mRNA表达降低,P<0.05。各治疗组肝LDLR mRNA表达升高,与模型组比较P<0.05。结论:橄榄降脂胶囊可能通过调节肝LDLR mRNA表达而纠正脂质代谢紊乱。

| Abstract: | Objective: To discuss the mechanism of Ganlan Jiangzhi Capsule in regulating blood fat and provide scientific evidence for its clinical application.Methods: The expression of TC and TG in blood serum of rats were determined by enzymic method;expression l of HDL-c and LDL-c were determined by PTA-Mg2 precipitation method;LDLR gene expression level in liver of rat were analyzed by RT-PCR.Results: Compared with the normal group,TC,TG,LDC-C expression in model group were increased significantly,liver LDLR mRNA and HDL-c expression reduced.Compared with the module group,liver LDLR mRNA expression was increased in the treatment group.Conclusion: Ganlan Jiangzhi Capsule could improve lipid metabolic disorder by regulating expression of liver LDLR mRNA. |
