孟鲁司特钠联合氯雷他定治疗儿童咳嗽变异型哮喘疗效观察

目的观察孟鲁司特钠联合氯雷他定治疗儿童咳嗽变异型哮喘的临床效果。方法选取2011年9月至2013年4月诊治的60例小儿咳嗽变异型哮喘患儿，将其分为对照组（吸入布地奈德治疗）和治疗组（口服孟鲁司特钠咀嚼片和氯雷他定片治疗），每组各30例，观察比较两组患儿的疗效情况。结果两组患儿的疗效、复发率比较，差异均有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论孟鲁司特钠联合氯雷他定治疗儿童咳嗽变异型哮喘临床疗效显著，复发率低而且不良反应相对较小．使患儿的临床症状得到明显改善．值得临床推广应用。

Curative effect observation of montelukast combined with loratadine in the treatment of cough variant asthma in children

Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of montelukast combined with loratadine in the treatment of cough variant asthma in children. Methods 60 cases of infantile cough variant asthma,who were diagnosed from September 2011 to April 2013 ,were selected and divided into control group （inhaled budesonide for treatment） and treatment group （taken mon- telukast sodium chewable tablets and loratadine tablets orally for treatment）, 30 cases in each group. The curative effect in chil- dren in the two groups was observed. Results The difference between the two groups on therapeutic effect and recurrence rate had statistical significance （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Montelukast combined with loratadine has significant effect in treating cough variant asthma in children with low recurrence rate and relative less side effect, and improve the clinical symptoms obviously, so it is worthy of clinical application and promotion.
