水飞蓟宾葡甲胺片防治抗结核药物性肝损害疗效观察

目的 分析水飞蓟宾葡甲胺片治疗肝损伤（由抗结核药物引起）的疗效情况.方法 选取本所2009年12月~2012年12月收治的因服用抗结核药物出现肝损害的148例患者.按就诊顺序将其分为实验组和对照组,每组各74例.两组患者均常规使用抗结核药物,对照组加用复合维生素B、肌酐片及联苯双酯,实验组应用水飞蓟宾葡甲胺片.3周后,比较两组临床疗效情况.结果 对照组总有效率54.05%;实验组总有效率91.89%.与对照组相比,实验组有效率更高（P＜0.01）.结论 水飞蓟宾葡甲胺片对抗结核药物引发肝损害的疗效较好.

Observations on curative effect of Silibin Meglumine Tablets in treatment of liver damage

Objective To analyze curative effect of Silibin Meglumine Tablets in treatment of liver damage. Methods Selected from December 2009 to December 2012,148 patients because of anti-tuberculosis drugs. According to the patient were numbered sequentially divided the patients into the exprimental group and the control group, 74 cases in each group. Two groups of patients were routine use of anti-tb drugs. Control group patients combined with vitamin B complex, creatinine and bipheny｜ double ester. The experimental group used Silibin Meglumine Tablets. After 3 weeks, compared two groups of clinical curative effect. Results The control group total effective rate 54.05% ; the experimental group total effective rate 91.89%. Compared with control group, experimental group efficient higher （P 〈 0. 01 ）. Conclusion Silibin Meglumine Tablets for the treatment of liver injury caused by anti-tuberculosis drugs） has good curative effect.
