摘    要:目的:研究高压静电治疗对Ⅱ型糖尿病患者血液流变学的影响。方法:选择确诊的Ⅱ型糖尿病患者,分成药物治疗组(25 例) 和静电药物治疗组(30 例,加静电治疗)。结果:治疗后静电药物治疗组较药物治疗组低切还原粘变、全血高切还原粘度(P均< 0.001)、血沉方程K值、血沉、空腹血糖和甘油三酯(P均<0.05)有明显下降。结论:高压静电治疗能明显改善糖尿病患者的血液流变学

Abstract:Objective:To study the hemorheology,blood glucose,plasma lipid profile in type 2 diabetic patients the influence of the high voltage static therapy on .Methods:Type 2 diabetic patients were divided into two groups,group A and B,and treated for 8 weeks.In group A,30 patients were treated with drugs and high voltage static therapy.In group B,25 patients were treated with drugs alone .Results:After treatment the levels of low shear reduced viscosity,high shear reduced viscosity,erythrocyte sedimentation rate equation K,ESR,fasting plasma glucose and triglycerides decreased in group A,compared with the levels of that in group B(P<0.001,P<0.05 respectively).Conclusion:hemorheology in type 2 diabetic patients is improved by using high voltage static therapy.
