| 摘 要： | 目的:优选消疮颗粒剂的提取工艺。方法:以加水倍数和提取时间为主要影响因素,以绿原酸含量和浸膏得率为评价指标,用星点设计_效应面法筛选提取工艺。结果:最佳提取工艺为加入11倍量水,提取2次,每次1h。结论:采用星点设计_效应面法优选消疮颗粒剂的提取工艺方法简便,具有良好的预测性。
