| 摘 要： | 脾肾亏虚是原发性高尿酸血症的发病根本,瘀血、痰浊是其病理产物。因为湿性黏滞,留恋不去,故本病易反复发作,难以根治。治疗宜扶正祛邪,标本兼治,分别采用健脾补肾、活血化瘀、凉血解毒的方法,并应重视患者的饮食控制。

| Abstract: | Asthenia of both the spleen and kidney is the pathogenic basis of primary hyperuricemia. Blood stasis and phlegm are the pathological products of the disease .The disease is hard to be cured just because of damp pathogen being sticky and stagnant in nature. The treatment of the disease is strengthening vital qi to eliminate pathogenic factors and giving consideration to both the incidental and fundamental. The clinical methods are strengthening the spleen and tonifying the kidney,promoting blood circulating to remove blood stasis,removing pathogenic heat from blood and toxic substance from the body. The method of dietetic care shall be also pay attention to. |
