福建中医学院实验教学体系的重构与实践

摘    要:在创新思维指导下,构建或重构福建中医学院独具中医教育特色的实验教学新体系。提出了改革实验体制、更新实验内容和优化课程结构为总体思路,具体实施包括改革实验室管理体制、重组与优化实验室课程结构、重构实验教学模式、对实验技术队伍的优化组合、建立有效的规章制度、加强实验室的规划管理等。并从教学质量、资源共享、管理水平和增强教学队伍整体素质等方面对该体系进行评价,提高了中医药实验教学水平。

Abstract:Under the guidance of creative thinking concept, we plan to construct or reconstruct in our university a new lab teaching system with characteristics of Chinese medicine education. A general concept of reforming lab system, renewing experiment contents, and optimizing subject structure is put forward, which includes reforming lab management system, regrouping lab teaching subject structure, reconstructing lab teaching mode, optimizing lab teaching staff, establishing effective regulations, and strengthening planning and management of the labs. Evaluation work is also done from aspects of teaching quality, sharing resources, improving management level and quality of the teaching faculty with the purpose of raising standard of teaching Chinese medicine in labs.
