| 摘 要： | 目的将循证护理方法应用于维持性血液透析病人,解决透析过程低血压反应防治护理问题。方法对30例在血液透析过程发生低血压的急性并发症的病人,进行原因分析,应用计算机网络检索有关文献,并对证据的真实性、可靠性和实用性作出评价,确定结论,制定防治对策,再施以有效的护理干预。结果经过循证,用线性钠模式(SP)+线性超滤模式(UP),使用低温透析,再配合适当的健康教育,30例病人护理干预前后1个月透析性低血压总发生率比较,P<0.05,差异有统计学意义。结论循证护理是临床护理的基础,不仅可以提高护理质量,对病人有益,而且可丰富护理人员的知识,进一步提高血液透析室(血透室)护士的专业性和技术性。

| Abstract: | Objective To study the effect of evidence-based nursing on hypotension in continuous blood dialysis patients. Methods The reasons of hypotension in 30 patients were analyzed during blood dialysis. Related documents were investigated through internet, and the reality, reliability and practicality of these documents were evaluated. Hypotension prevention plan was made and put into nursing intervention. Results According to documents from evidence-based nursing, SP and UP dialysis mode with low temperature, and suitable health education for patients would improve hypotension, and finish blood dialysis successfully. Conclusion Evidence-based nursing is the base to clinical nursing. It not only elevates nursing quality, but also increases nurses' knowledge and improves their techniques. |
