清热豁痰法治疗儿童病毒性脑炎临床研究

对病毒性脑炎进行中药治疗的前瞻性观察。患者随机分组 :中药治疗组 4 9例 ,采用中药辨证治疗 ;西药对照组 32例 ,静脉注射病毒唑。治疗组有效率 95 9% ,对照组有效率 81 3% ,差异显著。对 64例病人进行随访 ,治疗组后遗症发生率 15 0 % ,对照组后遗症发生率 2 5 0 % ,经统计学处理无显著性差异。

Clinical Study on the Treatment of Child Viral Encephalitis by the Heat Clearing-Away and Phlegm Dispelling Therapy and the Follow-up Survey of the Patients

A prospective study on child viral encephalitis was carried out. All the patients involved in this study were randomly divided into the TCM drug treating group (49 cases) and the virazole control group (32 cases). The results showed that the effective rate from the TCM drug treating group was 95 9% and that from the virazole control group was 81.3%, and there was a significant difference between them ( P <0 05). The results of the follow up survey of 64 patients showed that the incidence of sequelae in those treated with TCM drugs was 15 0%, while that in those treated with virazole was 25 0%, and there was no significant statistical difference between them. It could be concluded that TCM drugs have relatively good effects on child viral encephalitis but have no marked effects on the occurrence of sequelae, which is worth further studies.
