| 摘 要： | 目的对中医药治疗小儿呼吸道合胞病毒肺炎进行病原学疗效评价。方法中医药治疗小儿RSV肺炎的临床试验按照GCP规范进行,应用实时荧光PCR技术检测RSV RNA。结果对67例入选病例治疗4、71、0 d的鼻咽部分泌物进行RSV检测,结果显示:实验组和对照组RSV d 4d、7转阴比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),d 10全部转阴。结论中医药治疗小儿呼吸道合胞病毒性肺炎,其病毒阴转率与对照组(西药组)没有差异。

Application of RSV and RNA Determination in Pathogenic Evaluation of Children's RSV Pneumonia Treated with Chinese Medicine |

| Abstract: | OBJECTIVE To carry out pathogenic evaluation on children's RSV pneumonia treated with Chinese medicine.METHOD The treatment of children's RSV pneumonia was based on GCP standard and real-time fluorescent PCR technique was used in the determination of RSV and RNA.RESULT RSV determination was carried out on the secretions from the nose and throat of 67 patients 4,7 and 10 days after the treatment,with no significant differences from the control group(P>0.05).All the patients showed negative results on the tenth day.CONCLUSION There is no significant difference in the negative rate in the treatment of children's RSV pneumonia treated with Chinese medicine or western medicine. |
