单穴注射治疗神经根型颈椎病疗效观察

目的通过曲垣穴为主与常规取穴穴位注射治疗神经根型颈椎病临床疗效的比较,客观评价二者之间的疗效差异。方法按照随机对照原则,将120例神经根型颈椎病患者随机分为两组,治疗组60例,采取曲垣穴穴位注射复方当归和维生素B12注射液,对照组60例,采取常规取华佗夹脊穴穴位注射复方当归和维生素B12注射液的方法,综合观察和比较两组患者的症状和体征改变情况。结果治疗组总有效率为95%,对照组为70%,治疗组总有效率优于对照组（P〈0.05）。两组治疗前后临床症状、能力、体征积分差值具有显著性差异（P〈0.05）。结论曲垣穴为主穴位注射治疗神经根型颈椎病优于一般常规取穴治疗。

Observations on the Efficacy of Single Acupuncture Point Injection in Treating Cervical Spondylotic Radiculopathy

Objective To compare the clinical efficacy of point Quyuan（SI13） injection with routinely selected point injection in treating cervical spondylotic radiculopathy and objectively assess the difference in therapeutic effect between the two.Methods According to the principle of randomized control,120 patients with cervical spondylotic radiculopathy were allocated to two groups.The treatment group of 60 cases received point Quyuan injections of compound angelica and vitamine B12 and the control group of 60 cases,injections of compound angelica and vitamine B12 into routinely selected Huatuojiaji（Ex-B2） points.The symptoms and signs were compared between the two groups.Results The total efficacy rate was 95% in the treatment group and 70% in the control group.It was higher in the treatment group than in the control group（P0.05）.There were statistically significant differences in the pre-/post-treatment difference values of the clinical symptom,ability and sign scores between the two groups（P 0.05）.Conclusion Point Quyuan injection is superior to routinely selected point injection in treating cervical spondylotic radiculopathy.
