超声检查对绝经后子宫内膜病变的诊断价值

目的：探讨超声诊断绝经后子宫内膜病变的临床应用价值。方法：回顾性分析98例因子宫内膜病变引起的绝经后阴道出血患者的声像图,统计超声诊断与病理诊断的符合率。结果：子宫内膜癌的超声与病理符合率最高（17/18,94.4%）,子宫内膜炎的符合率最低（3/13,23.1%）,子宫内膜单纯增生的符合率为93.3%（28/30）,子宫内膜息肉的符合率为66.7%（8/12）,萎缩性子宫内膜的符合率为92%（23/25）。结论：通过超声检查能初步鉴别子宫内膜病变的性质,可作为绝经后阴道出血患者行诊刮前的一种筛选手段。

Diagnostic value of post-menopause endometrial lesions by ultrasonograph

Objective： To evaluate the clinical value of ultrasound imaging in the diagnosis of post - menopause vaginal bleeding. Methods ：To- tally 98 patients who had post - menopause vaginal bleeding underwent uhrasonograph . The images were confirmed with pathology. Results：The coinci- dence rate of Ultrasound and pathological of endometrial careinomawas was highest（ 17/18,94.4% ） ,the coincidence rate of endometritis was lowest（ 3/ 13, 23.1% ） ,the coincidence rate of endometrium simple byperplasia was 93.3 % （28/30） , the coincidence rate of endometrial polyps was 66.7% （8/ 12 ）, the coincidence rate of atrophie endometrium was 92% （23/25）. Conclusinon： Uhrasonography can preliminary identify the nature of endometrial lesions, can be used as a screening method for post- menopausal vaginal bleeding were treated with eurettage before.
