精神分裂症患者的中性粒细胞计数结果分析

目的：探讨精神分裂症患者中性粒细胞计数结果的变化。方法：收集2012年1～8月在我院住院治疗的精神分裂症患者700例,均符合《中国精神障碍分类与诊断标准》第3版（CCMD-3）诊断标准。健康对照组700例,均来自职工2012年度健康体检,计数每例受检者中性粒细胞数量。结果：精神分裂症患者的中性粒细胞数量明显高于正常对照组,两组之间中性粒细胞结果有显著性差异（P〈0.05）。结论：精神分裂症患者的白细胞总数不升高时,其中性粒细胞分类计数结果可随着病情的发作程度轻度升高或明显升高。

Schizophrenia patients with neutrophil count result analysis

Objective：To investigate the schizophrenic patients with neutrophil count results change. Methods：700 patients with schizophrenia were treated in our hospital from 2012 January to 2012 August ,were in line with the＂ Chinese classification and diagnostic criteria for mental disorders third edition＂ （ CCMD - 3 ） diagnostic criteria. The healthy control group of 700 cases, all from the staff of 2012 annual health examination. Counted the number of neutrophils. Results ： The two groups between neutrophils showed significant difference （ P 〈 0.05 ）, patients with schizophrenia in the number of neutrophils was significantly higher than that in normal control group. Conclusion：White blood cell count in patients with schizophrenia is not rises, the granulocyte fraction counting results can be as the disease severity increased slightly or significantly increased.
