胆总管下段结石的超声诊断探讨

胆总管结石为临床常见病，而结石局限在胆总管下段的胆总管下段结石临床较少见，且诊断较困难。本组356例胆总管结石中，胆总管下段结石132例，而通过超声诊断的121例，占91．67％。本研究探讨超声检查胆总管下段结石的操作手法，对提高胆总管下段结石的诊断符合率有重要意义。

Study for the Supersonic Diagnosis for the Stones in the Lower Part of the Choledochus

Stones blocked in the choledochus are very common disease in the clinical medicine, but rare in the lower part of the choledochus, what's more, the diagnosis for such stones is relatively difficult. Ancong the 356 patients with stones in choledochus, 132 patients' stones exist in the lower part of the choledochus, 121 of whom ,that is, 91.67% of the patients are diagnosed by supersonic diagnosis. Our research is trying to study the method of operation for examining the stones blocked in the lower part of the choledochus, which has great importance for improving the appropriate rate in diagnosing such disease.
