自拟肺咳汤治疗小儿支原体肺炎50例疗效分析

目的 探讨肺咳汤治疗小儿支原体肺炎临床疗效.方法 将100例支原体肺炎患儿随机分成治疗组与对照组各50例,治疗组服用肺咳汤加减治疗,10 d为1疗程,连服1～2个疗程,对照组采用阿奇霉素治疗.结果 两组患儿疗效间差别有显著性意义（P＜0.01）;咳嗽,喘鸣临床症状改善时间和X线征吸收时间间差别均有显著性意义（P＜0.05）.结论 采用肺咳汤治疗小儿支原体肺炎有效,且安全、无毒副作用,更适合基层医疗机构使用.

The Clinical Therapeutic Effects of Feiketang on 50 Cases with Child Mycoplasmal Pneumonia

Objective To explore the clinical therapeutic effects of traditional Chinese medicine on child Mycoplasmal Pneumonia.Methods 100 young patients who suffered from the Mycoplasmal Pneumonia were randomly divided into two groups:the treatment group and the control group,50 in each.The treatment group was treated by Feiketang ten days as a treatment period for 1 or 2 periods.The control group was treated by Azitromvcin.Results The treatment group was significantly different from the control group (P<0.01).The time it cost to reduce the clinical symptom of cough and strider and the time about the x-ray chest film absorbing are all significantly different.Conclusion The Chinese medicine Feiketang have safe therapeutic effects on the Mycoplasmal Pneumonia without toxic action and side effect,which is more suitable for the base level medical institution than western medicines.
