摘    要:甘草地上部分资源充足却浪费严重,而甘草茎叶中总黄酮含量可达5.64%,且甘草地上部分黄酮类成分已被证实具有多种药理活性,但其体内动力学及代谢物研究报道相对较少.因此,文章对甘草地上部分黄酮类物质成分、黄酮类成分代谢特征及药代动力学参数方面的文献进行整理综述,以期为甘草地上部分的后续研究提供参考.

Abstract:The resources of the aerial part of Glycyrrhiza uralensis are abundant and seriously wasted, while the total flavonoids content in the stems and leaves of Glycyrrhiza uralensis can reach 5.64%, and some flavonoids in the aerial part of Glycyrrhiza uralensis have been proved to have many pharmacological activities. However, there are few reports on kinetics and metabolites in vivo. Therefore, the authors reviewed the literature on flavonoids, metabolic characteristics of flavonoids and pharmacokinetic parameters in the aerial part of Glycyrrhiza uralensis, so as to provide reference for the follow-up study of the aerial part of Glycyrrhiza uralensis.
