慢性应激对大鼠葡萄糖耐量及胰岛素抵抗的影响

目的:探讨慢性应激对大鼠葡萄糖耐量及胰岛素抵抗的影响。方法:将40只SD大鼠按体重随机分成应激组和对照组各20只。应激组通过8周的慢性复合应激刺激作为慢性应激动物模型,对照组在此期间正常饲养。在试验4、8周监测大鼠体重、旷场实验、24h尿皮质醇,在实验8周采尾血检测葡萄糖耐量(酶氧化法)、空腹胰岛素(化学发光法),并计算胰岛素抵抗和B细胞功能。结果:慢性应激大鼠4、8周后体重下降显著(P<0.05),有明显的行为学改变。应激组大鼠OGTT曲线高峰前移,下降缓慢,在0、30min时两组血糖差异显著(P<0.05)。应激组大鼠空腹胰岛素、30min胰岛素、胰岛素抵抗、B细胞功能以及24h尿皮质醇与对照组之间差异显著(P<0.01)。结论:慢性应激引起大鼠糖耐量异常,胰岛素抵抗增加。

Effects of chronic stress on glucose tolerance and insulin resistance in rats

Objective:To Explore the effects of chronic stress on glucose metabolism in rats.Methods:Forty male Sprague-Dawley rats were randomly divided into stress and control groups according to body weight,with twenty in each.The different weight,open-field experience,OGTT,insulin resistance and B cell function in rats in different groups were investigated.Results:Compared with the control group,the body weight,open-field experience,glucose tolerance,insulin,insulin resistance,B cell function and urinary cortisol level of the stress group were significantly differente.Conclusion:The study suggests that chronic mild stress contribute to abnormal glucose tolerance and induce insulin resistance.
