| 摘 要： | 目的探索健康生育期女性输卵管动脉在正常月经周期中血流动力学变化规律,为超声诊断输卵管疾病提供理论依据。方法选择健康生育期女性21例,分别于月经周期的卵泡前期、排卵期、黄体期及黄体萎缩期,应用经阴道超声测定排卵侧和非排卵侧输卵管动脉血流阻力指数(RI)。结果同侧输卵管动脉的RI在四期之间均存在显著性差异(P<0.05)。排卵侧和非排卵侧输卵管动脉的RI在排卵期、黄体期和黄体萎缩期有显著性差异(P<0.01)。结论健康生育期女性输卵管动脉RI在正常月经周期中血流呈周期性变化,输卵管的血供情况与卵巢功能状态密切相关。

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the hemodynamic changes in fallopian tubal artery in childbearing age woman.Methods The resistance index (RI) of fallopian tubal artery in twenty-one married women of childbearing age was measured by transvaginal sonography during pre-follicular,ovulatory,corpus luteal and atrophic luteal phases respectively.Results During four phases,RI was statistically different both in ovulatory and non- ovulatory sides(P<0.05).RI between two sides were found to be statistically different in ovulatory,corpus luteal and atrophic luteal phase (P<0.01) respectively.Conclusions RI of fallopian tubal artery had periodical changes,which related to ovarian function. |
