脑卒中后抑郁症与记忆障碍的临床研究

目的:探讨脑卒中后抑郁症与记忆障碍的相互关系。方法:对74例首次以有症状的脑卒中住院的患者在发病3周内进行流调中心用抑郁量表(CES-D)、临床记忆量表、斯堪的纳维亚卒中量表(SSS)、精神状态简易速检表(MMSE)评分,根据CES-D评分将病例组分为卒中后抑郁组和卒中后非抑郁组,同时对健康体检者30例进行上述量表的评分。所得数据进行统计学分析。结果:卒中后抑郁组和卒中后非抑郁组记忆商(MQ)均低于正常对照组,且抑郁组降低更为明显(P<0.05)。卒中后抑郁组、卒中后非抑郁组临床记忆检查各项分测验成绩均低于正常对照组,且抑郁组记忆成绩降低更明显。卒中后抑郁症的发生与记忆商有相关性,P<0.05。结论:卒中后抑郁症的发生与脑卒中后记忆功能的损害有关,而且卒中后抑郁症记忆功能的损害较卒中后非抑郁症患者更严重,记忆障碍表现为各项记忆指标均降低。

Clinical Study on Post Stroke Depression and Dysmnesia

Objective:To investigate the association of the Post-Stroke Depression with dysmnesia in the patients of stroke.Methods:We studied seventy-four patients within 3 weeks after a first-ever symptomatic stroke.The patients underwent a neurological,psychiatrii and neuropsychological examination within 3 weeks after the stroke.30 healthy volunteers completed the identical tests.The datas were analyzed with SPSS 13.0.Results:The MQ of posstroke patients was lower than that of healthy volunteers,and the MQ of post-stroke depression was significantly lower than that oft-stroke non-deiression.There was significant difference at P<0.05,Clinical memory test of post-stroke depression and post-stroke non-depression were lower than that of healthy volunteers,and the manifestation of post-stroke depression was more obvious.Our data indicated the association between post-stroke depression and dysmnesia,and difference were considered significant at P<0.05.Conclusion:Post-stroke depression are associated with dysmnesia.The memory impairment of post-stroke depress ion is more severe than that of post-stroke non-depression,dysmnesia indicate that all memory test are decline.
