| 摘 要： | 任何科学产生都是社会文化背景的产物。循证医学产生于20世纪90年代初,在其产生前有一些标志性事件。循证医学产生的社会文化背景主要包括：①20世纪70年代对医学技术风险的控制;②新教的世俗主义、理性主义与功利主义的伦理观念;③英国实证精神和实证传统。

| Abstract: | Science is coming from the background of social culture. Evidence-based medicine (EBM) was generated at the early 90's of 20th Century, and there were some landmark things before its appearance. The background of EBM included: (1) risk control of medical techniques at the 70s of 20th Century; (2) ethical ideas of Protestant, including secularism, rationalism and utilitarianism; (3) British positivism and its tradition. |
