厄贝沙坦对高血压并阵发性房颤患者P波离散度及心率变异性的影响

目的 研究厄贝沙坦对高血压并阵发性房颤患者P波离散度及心率变异性的影响.方法 将95例高血压患者分为有房颤组和无房颤组,根据是否应用厄贝沙坦分为用药组及未用药组,分别测定用药前及用药1年后的P波离散度及心率变异性,并与37例健康体检者的指标作比较.结果 高血压患者P波离散度高于对照组,心率变异性低于对照组.有房颤组P波离散度高于无房颤组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).用药组P波离散度低于未用药组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).有房颤组的房颤复发次数减少,用药后用药组心率变异性明显升高.结论 应用厄贝沙坦可降低P波离散度,改善心率变异性及自主神经功能.

Effects of Irbesartan on P Wave Dispersion and Heart Rate Variability in Patient with Hy- pertension and Paroxysmal Atrial Fibrillation

Objective To observe the effect of irbesartan on P wave dispersion （PD） and heart rate wariability （HRV） in the patients with hypertension and paroxysmal atrial fibrillation （PAF）. Methods 95 patients with hypertension were divided into 4 groups, PAF group, non- PAF group, irbesarten group and non- irbesartan group according to whether or not complicating PAF and irbesartan treatment. PD and HRV were measured before and after 1- year irbesartan treatment and compared with those in 37 cases of physical examination as the control group. Results PD in the hypertension patients was higher than that in the control group,HRV was lower than that in the control group. PD in the PAF group was higher than that in the non- PAF group with statistical difference between them （P 〈 0. 05）. PD in the irbesartan group was lower than that non- irbesartan group with statistical difference between the two groups, the PAF frequency in the PAF group was decreased. After irbesartan treatment, HRV in the irbesartan group was obviously increased. Conclusion Irbesartan can decrease PD,and improve HRV and the autonomic nervous function in the patients with EH.
