复方利福平散治疗压疮32例

目的观察复方利福平散局部外用治疗压疮的临床疗效。方法选取压疮患者63例,分为治疗组32例用复方利福平治疗,对照组31例用常规疗法。比较治疗后疗效。结果治疗组治愈率达90.63%,远高于对照组的48.38%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论复方利福平散可增强抗菌活性,有效控制感染,改善血液循环,促进压疮创面愈合。

Compound Rifampicin Powder in the Treatment of Bedsore in 32 Cases

Objective To evaluate the biological effeet of Compound Rifampicin Powder in the treating of bedsore by local external application. Methods To clean the wound surface by using antisepsis lotion,with applying metronidazole injection to the wound,wound surface bestrewed with Compound Rifampicin Powder. Results The cun＇ative rate of treatment group was 90. 63%, and was significantly higher than 48.38% of control group（P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion Biological effect of Compound Rifampicin Powder boosting up anti-infective action,to control the infection effectively,ameliorate the circulation of blood and wound healing.
