肺表面活性物质联合机械通气治疗足月儿呼吸窘迫综合征13例

目的观察肺表面活性物质(PS)治疗足月新生儿急性呼吸窘迫综合征(ARDS)的疗效。方法选取ARDS患儿25例,随机分为PS治疗组(13例)和对照组(12例)。对照组仅采用机械通气,PS组在对照组基础上经气管内注入猪肺磷脂注射液。结果 PS组的上机时间、最高平均动脉压水平、高浓度氧持续时间、住院时间以及并发症发生率和死亡率均显著低于对照组(P<0.05),且治愈率显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论早期运用PS联合机械通气治疗新生儿ARDS,具有良好效果。

Pulmonary Surfactant Treatment Combined with Mechanical Ventilation for Respiratory Distress Syndrome of Term Infants in 13 Cases

Objective To explosive the effect of pulmonary surfactant （PS） treatment combined with mechanical ventilation on acute respiratory distress syndrome （ARDS） of term infants. Methods A total of 25 ARDS infants were randomly divided into PS treatment group（n=13） and control group（ n=12）. Mechanical ventilation was performed for control group and PS treatment combined with mechanical ventilation was for PS group. Results The time of mechanical ventilation, level of MAP, duration of high concentrations of oxygen, length of hospital stay, prevalence of complication and death rate for PS group were all significantly lower than those of control group（P 〈 0.05） but reversely for cure rate （P 〈 0. 05）. Conclusion The early use of PS treatment for neonatal ARDS has a good effect.
