茵泽驱脂丸中挥发油包合工艺研究

摘    要:目的 优选β-环糊精包合茵泽驱脂丸中挥发油的最佳工艺.方法 采用饱和水溶液法,用L9(34)正交试验,以挥发油利用率、包合物收得率及包合物含油率为评价指标筛选最佳工艺务件.结果 最佳包合工艺为A3B2C1,即挥发油与β-环糊精的比例为1:6.包合温度40℃,包合时间1 h.结论 该工艺可提高制刑稳定性,方法简便易行,能适用于大规模生产.

Abstract:Objective To study optimum inclusion process conditions for volatile oil on Yinze-Quzhi Pill. Methods The study was carried out with orthogonal design. To study the process conditions by determining the utilization ratio of volatile oil, the oil- bearing rate and extracted ratio of inclusion compound. Results The optimum preparation conditions for inclusion were established as oil: β- CD was 1: 6,the inclusion temperature was 40 ℃ ,the inclusion time was 1 h. Conclusion This process can improve preparation stability,and the method is convenient and can be applied to largescale production.
