2011年我院70例药品不良反应分析

目的了解医院药品不良反应(ADR)发生的特点及一般规律,为深入开展药品不良反应监测工作提供依据。方法对医院2011年收集的70例药品不良反应报告,采用病历回顾性研究的方法进行统计、分析。结果 70例药品不良反应中,静脉滴注给药引发的65例(92.86%);抗肿瘤药物引发的最多见,有37例(52.86%);临床表现中皮肤及其附件损害发生率最高(29.03%);严重药品不良反应9例(12.86%)。结论临床应重视药品不良反应的监测与报告,以预防和减少药品不良反应的发生。

Analysis of 70 ADR Cases Reported in Our Hospital during 2011

Objective To probe into the general regularity and the characteristics of adverse drug reation（ADR）in our hospital,and to provide basis for deeply ADR monitoring.Methods 70 ADR cases collected from our hospital in 2011 were analyzed statistically by medical record retrospectively study method.Results Of the total ADR cases,65 cases（92.86%）were caused by intravenous route of administration;37 cases（52.86%）were induced by antineoplastics.Lesions of skin and its appendants were the most common clinical manifestations（29.03%）.Serious ADR occurred in 9 cases（12.86%）.Conclusion It is important to pay close attention to the monitor and reporting of ADR,so as to prevent and reduce the occurrence of ADR.
