抑酸药临床应用评价分析

目的合理应用抑酸药。方法调查分析抑酸药的用药现状,包括选药品种、联合用药方法、药物相互作用和不良反应。结果儿科多选H2受体阻断剂西咪替丁,外科预防术后应激性溃病多选奥美拉唑,内科选药多样化,在治疗消化道出血时选质子泵抑制剂(PPI)或与H2受体阻断剂序贯用药或联合用药。结论PPI和H2受体阻断药联合使用作用拮抗,序贯使用应遵循严格的用药顺序和一定的时间间隔。

Evaluation and Analysis on Clinical Application of Antacids

Objective To use antacids reasonably, Methods To investigate and analyze the use situation of antacids in clinic, including varieties of antacids, method of combination use, drug interaction and adverse drug reactions（ADR）. Results H2 receptor blocker cimetidine was selected mostly in pediatrics. Omeprazole was mainly chosen for preventing postoperative stress ulcer in the surgical department. The drug selection in the internal medicine was diversified. Proton pump inhibitors（PPI） and H2 receptor blockers were selected for sequential medication or combination medication in treating alimentary canal bleeding. Conclusion PPI and H2 receptor blockers have the action antagonism in combination use. The sequential use should abide by the strict medication sequence and certain time interval.
