安盆消炎汤联合中药药包外敷治疗湿瘀互结型盆腔炎性疾病后遗症的临床效果

目的探讨安盆消炎汤联合中药药包外敷治疗湿瘀互结型盆腔炎性疾病后遗症(SPID)的临床效果。方法选取我院收治的60例湿瘀互结型SPID患者作为研究对象,按照治疗方式分为观察组(30例,安盆消炎汤联合中药药包外敷治疗)和对照组(30例,常规西药治疗)。比较两组治疗前、后的中医证候积分、血清炎性因子水平、超声检查结果、疼痛程度及生活质量。结果治疗后,观察组的中医证候积分、TNF-α、hs-CRP、IL-1β水平、超声检查异常率均低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组的VAS、GQOLI-74评分均优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论安盆消炎汤联合中药药包外敷治疗湿瘀互结型SPID的临床效果显著,能有效改善患者的临床症状,降低炎性因子水平,促进患者恢复,降低疼痛感,提高患者的生活质量。

Clinical effect of Anpen Xiaoyan decoction combined with external application of traditional Chinese medicine package on sequelae of pelvic inflammatory disease of dampness and blood stasis type

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of Anpen Xiaoyan decoction combined with external application of traditional Chinese medicine package on sequelae of pelvic inflammatory disease(SPID)of dampness and blood stasis type.Methods A total of 96 patients with SPID of dampness and blood stasis type admitted in our hospital were selected as the research objects,and the patients were divided into observation group(30 cases,Anpen Xiaoyan decoction combined with external application of traditional Chinese medicine package treatment)and control group(30 cases,conventional western medicine treatment)according to the treatment methods.The TCM syndrome scores,serum inflammatory factor levels,ultrasound examination results,pain degree and quality of life of the two groups before and after treatment were compared.Results After treatment,the TCM syndrome scores,TNF-α,hs-CRP,IL-1βlevels and the abnormal rates of ultrasound examination in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the VAS and GQOLI-74 scores in the observation group were better than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Anpen Xiaoyan decoction combined with external application of traditional Chinese medicine package on SPID of dampness and blood stasis has a significant clinical effect,which can effectively improve the clinical symptoms of patients,reduce the levels of inflammatory factors,promote the recovery of patients,reduce pain,and improve the quality of life of patients.
