经皮内镜下腰椎间盘切除术治疗腰椎间盘突出症的研究进展

腰椎间盘突出症(LDH)是一种临床常见的腰椎退行性病变,经系统保守治疗无效后,往往需要手术干预以缓解临床症状。经皮内镜下腰椎间盘切除术(PELD)作为微创脊柱手术的重要组成部分,在神经根减压、降低并发症发生率、促进患者日常生活能力快速恢复等方面效果显著,其中的经皮内镜椎间孔入路腰椎间盘切除术(PETD)和经皮内镜椎板间入路腰椎间盘切除术(PEID)是目前临床较为常用两种术式,主要区别在于手术入路的不同。本文就PETD、PEID两种术式治疗LDH的研究进展作一综述,以期为LDH的临床治疗提供些许参考。

Research progress of percutaneous endoscopic lumbar discetomy in the treatment of lumbar disc herniation

Lumbar disc herniation(LDH)is a clinical common degenerative disease of the lumbar spine.After systematic conservative treatment is ineffective,surgical intervention is often needed to alleviate the clinical symptoms.Percutaneous endoscopic lumbar discectomy(PELD)as an important part of minimally invasive spine surgery,has significant effect in nerve root decompression,reducing the incidence of complications and promoting the rapid recovery of patients'daily life ability.Among them,percutaneous endoscopic transforaminal discectomy(PETD)and percutaneous endoscopic interlaminar discectomy(PEID)are two commonly used methods in clinic,the main difference lies in the different surgical approaches.This article reviews the research progress of PETD and PEID in the treatment of LDH,in order to provide some reference for the clinical treatment of LDH.
