| 摘 要： | 通过收集整理近十年相关的文献材料发现,五味子乙素在抗肿瘤方面具有良好的疗效。五味子乙素主要通过抑制肿瘤细胞增殖、诱导肿瘤细胞凋亡、抑制肿瘤细胞侵袭和转移、抑制肿瘤内血管新生以及调节细胞内氧化酶水平来发挥抗肿瘤作用。然而五味子乙素的作用机理尚未明确,通过归纳五味子乙素抗肿瘤的给药剂量,总结其作用机理,以期为五味子乙素的药物研发和临床应用提供参考。

| Abstract: | Through sorting out related literature materials,it is found that Schisandrin B mainly exerts antitumor effects by inhibiting cell proliferation,inducing cell apoptosis,inhibiting cell invasion and metastasis,inhibiting angiogenesis,and regulating the level of intracellular oxidase.Through these six aspects,the research progress of Schizandrin B antitumor is summarized.It was found that schisandrin B has a good effect on antitumor.However,the mechanism of action and dosage of schisandrin B need to be studied in depth.Through summarizing the anti-tumor dosage of schisandrin B and clarify its mechanism of action,in order to develop schisandrin B into an anti-tumor drug with significant clinical curative effect,and comprehensively improve the survival rate and quality of life of cancer patients. |
