基于TLRs MyD88信号通路探讨壮医浅刺针法对膝骨关节炎的机制研究

目的以TLRs MyD88信号通路为基础,对膝骨关节炎进行壮医浅刺针法治疗,并且对其进行观察及研究。方法选取膝骨关节炎患者110例进行研究。随机分为观察组和对照组,每组55例。观察组给予壮医浅刺针法治疗,对照组采用西药进行治疗。比较2组的Lequesne指数评分和患者总满意度。结果观察组患者治疗1、3、12个月的Lequesne指数评分和治疗总满意度优于对照组患者,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在TLRs MyD88信号通路基础上得出壮医浅刺针法对膝骨关节炎具有显著疗效,在医学中具有一定推广意义。

Study on the Mechanism of Shallow Needling Method of Zhuang Medicine on Knee Osteoarthritis Based on TLRs MyD88 Signal Pathway

Objective To observe and study the treatment of shallow needling method of Zhuang medicine on knee osteoarthritis based on TLRs MyD88 signal pathway.Methods 110 patients with knee osteoarthritis in our hospital were selected and studied.They were randomly divided into observation group and control group,with 55 cases in each group.The observation group was treated with Zhuang medicine shallow acupuncture and the control group was treated with western medicine.Lequesne index score and total patient satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results Lequesne index score and total satisfaction of treatment in observation group after 1,3 and 12 months of treatment were better than those in control group,and the difference had statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion Based on the signal pathway of TLRsMyD88,the shallow needling method of Zhuang medicine has significant curative effect on knee osteoarthritis,and it has certain popularizing significance in medicine.
