PBL教学法在儿科护理学教学实践中的应用

摘    要:目的研究基于问题的学习(Problem-based learning,PBL)教学法在儿科护理学教学实践中应用意义。方法选取2017年5月—2019年5月,中国医科大学附属盛京医院儿科接受儿科护理学教学的护理人员70名,将采用传统教学方式的35名设为A组,将采用基于问题的学习教学方式的35名设为B组,对比教学结果。结果B组护理人员在教学结束时的理论知识考核成绩、实践操作能力考试成绩与A组相比明显更高(P<0.05);且B组护理人员的各项学习能力评分与A组相比均明显更高(P<0.05)。结论基于问题的学习的教学法用于儿科护理学教学中效果良好,可有效提升护理人员的理论知识与实践操作能力,值得推广运用。

The Application of Problem-based Learning Teaching Method in Pediatric Nursing Teaching Practice

Abstract:Objective To study the application of problem-based learning(PBL)in pediatric nursing teaching practice.Methods From May 2017 to May 2019,70 nurses were selected to receive pediatric nursing teaching in our hospital,35 of them using traditional teaching methods were set as group A,35 of them using problem-based learning and teaching methods were set as group B.The teaching results were compared.Results At the end of teaching,the scores of theoretical knowledge and practical operation ability of nurses in group B were significantly higher than those in group A(P<0.05),and the scores of learning ability of nurses in group B were significantly higher than those in group A(P<0.05).Conclusion The problem-based learning teaching method has good effect in pediatric nursing teaching,which can effectively improve the theoretical knowledge and practical operation ability of nursing staff,and is worth popularizing.
