循证护理在颅内动脉瘤血管介入栓塞术围术期中的应用效果

目的观察循证护理在颅内动脉瘤血管介入栓塞术围术期中的应用效果。方法纳入2018年5月至2020年2月于我院进行颅内动脉瘤血管介入栓塞术的120患者,随机将其分为对照组和观察组,各60例。对照组进行常规护理干预,观察组进行循证护理。比较两组护理效果。结果护理后,观察组SAS、SDS、NIHSS、Fugl-Meyer评分及Hunt-HessⅠ~Ⅱ级患者占比均优于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组术后并发症总发生率低于对照组,生活质量各项评分均高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论循证护理能有效减轻颅内动脉瘤血管介入栓塞术围术期患者的心理负担,改善神经、运动功能,降低术后并发症发生率,提高生活质量。

Application effect of evidence-based nursing in perioperative period of vascular interventional embolization for intracranial aneurysm

Objective To observe the application effect of evidence-based nursing in perioperative period of vascular interventional embolization for intracranial aneurysm.Methods A total of 120 patients who underwent vascular interventional embolization of intracranial aneurysms in our hospital from May 2018 to February 2020 were included and randomly divided into control group and observation group,with 60 cases in each group.The control group received routine nursing intervention,and the observation group received evidence-based nursing.The nursing effects of the two groups were compared.Results After nursing,the SAS,SDS,NIHSS,Fugl-Meyer scores and the proportion of patients with Hunt-HessⅠ~Ⅱin the observation group were better than those in the control group(P<0.05).The total incidence of postoperative complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,and the scores of the quality of life in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Evidence-based nursing can effectively alleviate the psychological burden,ameliorate neurological and motor functions,reduce the incidence of postoperative complications,and improve the quality of life of patients with intracranial aneurysm undergoing vascular interventional embolization.
