黄芪建中汤联合穴位贴敷治疗脾胃虚寒型慢性胃炎的临床效果

目的分析黄芪建中汤联合穴位贴敷治疗脾胃虚寒型慢性胃炎的临床效果。方法将我院2018年2月至2020年2月收治的112例脾胃虚寒型慢性胃炎患者根据治疗方案分为对照组和观察组,各56例。对照组采用黄芪建中汤治疗,观察组采用黄芪建中汤联合穴位贴敷治疗。比较两组的临床疗效。结果治疗7 d后,两组的VAS和PSQI评分均低于治疗前,且观察组显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组的各项中医证候积分均低于治疗前,SF-36各项评分均高于治疗前,且观察组显著优于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组的临床治疗总有效率明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论黄芪建中汤联合穴位贴敷治疗脾胃虚寒型慢性胃炎患者的效果显著,能有效改善患者的临床症状,缓解胃脘部疼痛,提高睡眠质量和生活质量。

Clinical effect of Huangqi Jianzhong decoction combined with acupoint application on chronic gastritis with spleen-stomach deficiency and cold type

Objective To analyze the clinical effect of Huangqi Jianzhong decoction combined with acupoint application on chronic gastritis with spleen-stomach deficiency and cold type.Methods A total of 112 chronic gastritis patients with spleen-stomach deficiency and cold type admitted in our hospital from February 2018 to February 2020 were divided into control group and observation group according to the treatment plan,with 56 cases in each group.The control group was treated with Huangqi Jianzhong decoction,and the observation group was treated with Huangqi Jianzhong decoction combined with acupoint application.The clinical effects of the two groups were compared.Results After 7 d of treatment,the VAS and PSQI scores of the two groups were lower than those before treatment,and those in the observation group were significantly lower than the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,TCM syndrome scores of the two groups were lower than those before treatment,and SF-36 scores were higher than those before treatment,and those in the observation group were significantly better than the control group(P<0.05).The total effective rate of clinical treatment of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Huangqi Jianzhong decoction combined with acupoint application in the treatment of chronic gastritis patients with spleen-stomach deficiency and cold type has a significant effect,which can effectively ameliorate the clinical symptoms,relieve epigastric pain,and improve the quality of sleep and life.
