| Abstract: | Objective To explore the effects of whole course systematic nursing intervention combined with positive psychological nursing on coping style and delivery outcome of patients with pregnancy complicated with hypertensive heart disease.Methods Eighty-six patients with pregnancy complicated with hypertensive heart disease enrolled from March 2017 to March 2020 were randomly divided into control group and observation group,with 43 cases in each group.The control group was given routine nursing,while the observation group was given whole course systematic nursing intervention combined with positive psychological nursing on the basis of the control group.The blood pressure,coping style scores and delivery outcomes before and after intervention were compared between the two groups.Results After intervention,the systolic and diastolic blood pressure of the two groups were lower than those before intervention,and those of the observation group were lower than the control group(P<0.05).After intervention,the face scores of the two groups were higher than those before intervention,the avoidance and yield scores were lower than those before intervention,and those of the observation group were better than the control group(P<0.05).The preterm birth rate,neonatal asphyxia rate and birth rate of low birth weight infants of the observation group were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The whole course systematic nursing intervention combined with positive psychological nursing for patients with pregnancy complicated with hypertensive heart disease can effectively reduce blood pressure,promote the improvement of coping style,and reduce the incidences of adverse delivery outcomes. |
