中医药治疗郁证的研究进展

随着现代生活节奏不断加快和人们精神压力的增大,郁证发病率越来越高,郁证患者不仅心理遭受折磨,也会伴随相应的躯体症状,已经成为严重的公共健康问题。目前西药治疗病程长且易反复,不良反应较多;而中医药治疗郁证的历史由来已久,具有疗效较好、不良反应较少的特点,并且注重整体化和个体化治疗容易被患者接受的优势。本文对近年临床采用中医药辨证论治、中成药、针灸和推拿等方法治疗郁证的一些临床经验和实验研究进行了综述。

Research Progress on Traditional Chinese Medicine in the Treatment of Depression Syndrome

With the accelerating rhythm of modern life and the increasing pressure of people’s mental stress,the incidence rate of depression syndrome is higher and higher.At present,the therapy of western medicine treatment is long and easy to recrudescence,and there are many adverse reactions,while the history of traditional Chinese medicine treatment of depression has a long history,which has the characteristics of better efficacy and fewer side effects,and pays attention to the advantages of holistic and individualized treatment easy to be accepted by patients.This paper reviews the clinical experience and experimental research on the treatment of depression syndrome by syndrome differentiation and treatment,Chinese patent medicine,acupuncture and massage.
