改进器械装载方式对手术器械清洗质量的影响

目的探讨改进器械装载方式对手术器械清洗质量的影响。方法将4000件污染的手术复用器械根据随机数字表法分为对照组(n=2000,传统装载方式)与研究组(n=2000,基于器械的结构特点及清洗机清洗原理的改进器械装载方式)。比较两组手术器械的清洗质量。结果研究组的管腔类器械、轴节齿纹类器械、实体类器械的清洗合格率及灭菌合格率均高于对照组(P<0.05)。研究组的外观清洁度、轴节齿纹部清洁度、管腔清洁度、清洗质量及消毒质量评分均高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论基于器械的结构特点及清洗机清洗原理改进器械装载方式,有利于提高手术器械的清洗质量,提高灭菌效果。

Effect of improved loading method of instruments on cleaning quality of surgical instruments

Objective To explore the effect of improved loading method of instruments on cleaning quality of surgical instruments.Methods A total of 4000 pieces of contaminated reusable surgical instruments were divided into control group(n=2000,traditional loading method)and study group(n=2000,improved loading method based on the structural characteristics of the instruments and the cleaning principle of the cleaning machine)by the random number table method.The cleaning quality of the surgical instruments in the two groups were compared.Results The qualified rates of cleaning and sterilization of lumen instruments,coupling serrated instruments and solid instruments in the study group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The scores of appearance cleanliness,coupling serrated part cleanliness,lumen cleanliness,cleaning quality and disinfection quality in the study group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Improved loading method based on the structural characteristics of the instruments and the cleaning principle of the cleaning machine is conducive to improving the cleaning quality of the surgical instruments and improving the sterilization effect.
