四妙解毒片联合NP方案治疗晚期非小细胞肺癌的效果及对患者癌因性疲乏、免疫功能的影响

目的研究四妙解毒片联合NP方案治疗晚期非小细胞肺癌(NSCLC)的效果及对患者癌因性疲乏(CPF)、免疫功能的影响。方法纳入我院收治的晚期NSCLC患者110例,根据治疗方法的不同将其分为对照组和四妙解毒片组,各55例。对照组使用NP方案进行治疗,四妙解毒片组在对照组的基础上使用四妙解毒片。比较两组的临床疗效、生存时间、CPF评分、免疫功能和毒副反应。结果治疗后,四妙解毒片组的PFS、OS、CPF评分和免疫功能指标均明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。四妙解毒片组患者骨髓抑制、消化道反应、肝功能损伤和皮肤黏膜反应的发生率均明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论与单纯应用NP方案治疗晚期NSCLC相比,联合应用四妙解毒片,能够有效提高患者的PFS和OS,改善机体免疫力,降低CPF和毒副反应。

Effect of Simiao Jiedu tablet combined with NP regimen in the treatment of advanced non-small cell lung cancer and its influences on cancer-related fatigue and immune function of patients

Objective To study the effect of Simiao Jiedu tablet combined with NP regimen in the treatment of advanced non-small cell lung cancer(NSCLC)and its influences on cancer-related fatigue(CPF)and immune function of patients.Methods A total of 110 patients with advanced NSCLC admitted in our hospital were included and divided into control group and Simiao Jiedu tablet group according to different treatment methods,with 55 cases in each group.The control group was treated with NP regimen,and the Simiao Jiedu tablet group was treated with Simiao Jiedu tablet on the basis of the control group.The clinical efficacy,survival time,CPF score,immune function and toxic side effects of the two groups were compared.Results After treatment,the PFS,OS,CPF score and immune function indexes of the Simiao Jiedu tablet group were significantly better than those of the control group(P<0.05).The incidences of bone marrow suppression,gastrointestinal reactions,liver function damage and skin mucosal reactions in the Simiao Jiedu tablet group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Compared with the pure application of NP regimen in the treatment of advanced NSCLC,the combined application of Simiao Jiedu tablet can effectively increase the patient's PFS and OS,improve the body's immunity,reduce CPF and toxic side effects.
