中药配方颗粒和中药饮片临床效果比较

目的探讨中药配方颗粒和中药饮片的应用效果。方法将2018年1月—2020年6月接受中医药治疗的120例感冒患者随机分为2组,对照组使用中药饮片治疗,观察组使用中药配方颗粒治疗,对比2组的临床疗效、治疗时间、不良反应。结果观察组治疗总有效率为95.00%(57/60),明显高于对照组的80.00%(48/60)(P<0.05);观察组药物起效时间、痊愈时间、治疗时间略短于对照组,但差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);观察组恶心、腹部不适、腹泻、皮疹、头晕等不良反应发生率明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论中药配方颗粒使用方便,用药依从性高,通过应用现代制药工艺,能有效提升疗效,缩短治疗时间,降低不良反应发生率,临床应用优越性更明显。

Comparison of the Clinical Effect of Chinese Herbal Formula Granules and Chinese Herbal Pieces

Objective To explore the application effect of Chinese herbal formula granules and Chinese herbal pieces.Methods 120 patients who received TCM treatment in our hospital from January 2018 to June 2020 were randomly divided into two groups.The control group was treated with Chinese herbal pieces,and the observation group was treated with Chinese herbal formula granules.The clinical efficacy,treatment time and adverse reactions of the two groups were compared.Results The effective rate of the observation group was 95.00%(57/60),which was significantly higher than 80.00%(48/60)of the control group(P<0.05).The onset time,recovery time and treatment time of the observation group were slightly shorter than those of the control group,but the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).The incidence of nausea,abdominal discomfort,diarrhea,rash,dizziness and other adverse reactions in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Chinese herbal formula granule is convenient to use and has high medication compliance.The application of modern pharmaceutical technology can effectively improve the curative effect,shorten the treatment time,reduce the incidence of adverse reactions,and has more obvious clinical application advantages.
