响应面法优化绞股蓝总皂苷超声提取工艺

摘    要:目的通过响应面法优化绞股蓝总皂苷的超声提取工艺。方法以超声功率、提取时间、温度、乙醇体积分数为考察因素,以绞股蓝总皂苷提取率为考察指标,通过Box-Behnken设计方案,对绞股蓝总皂苷超声提取工艺进行优化,得到最佳工艺参数。结果在超声功率300 W、提取时间50 min、提取温度为60℃、乙醇体积分数为60%的最佳提取工艺条件下,绞股蓝总皂苷的提取量可达到5.98%。结论响应面法优化绞股蓝总皂苷的提取工艺稳定可靠。

Optimization of ultrasonic extraction process of gypenosides by response surface methodology

Abstract:Objective To optimize the ultrasonic extraction process of gypenosides by response surface methodology.Methods The ultrasonic power,extraction time,temperature and volume fraction of ethanol were taken as investigation factors,and the extraction rate of gypenosides was taken as investigation index.Through Box-Behnken design scheme,the ultrasonic extraction process of gypenosides was optimized to obtain the best process parameters.Results Under the optimum extraction conditions of ultrasonic power 300 W,extraction time 50 min,extraction temperature 60℃and ethanol volume fraction 60%,the extraction amount of gypenosides can reach 5.98%.Conclusion The response surface methodology is reliable and stable to optimize the extraction process of gypenosides.
