| Abstract: | With the change in the concept of modern hospital management and the progress of overall nursing models, nurse-patient communication is increasingly taken seriously. This paper mainly deals with improving the overall qualities of nurses, language and non-verbal communication, environment, timing, etc. Promote harmonious, interactive sound development of nurse-patient relationship, thus improving the quality of medical care. |
