| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)在卵巢癌中的表达及其与细胞凋亡的关系。方法:分别采用免疫组织化学SP法和TUNEL检测VEGF在45例卵巢癌中的表达及细胞凋亡情况。结果:45例卵巢癌中VEGF阳性表达率为86.7%(39/45)。卵巢癌组织中60%(27/45)细胞凋亡为阳性,40%(18/45)细胞凋亡为阴性。卵巢癌细胞凋亡阴性组中VEGF强阳性表达率88.9%(16/18)高于细胞凋亡阳性组40.7%(11/27),P=0.039。结论:VEGF抑制肿瘤细胞凋亡,促进肿瘤生长、局部侵袭及远处转移。

| Abstract: | Objective:To determine the expression of vascular endothelial growth factor(VEGF)in ovarian cancer and its relationship with the apoptosis.Methods:The expression of VEGF was evaluated by SP immunohistochemical method,the apoptosis was detected by TUNEL in 45 cases with epithelial ovarian cancer.Results:Positive immunostaining for VEGF was 86.7%(39/45).The negative apoptosis group of ovarian cancer had higher VEGF expression than positive group(P=0.039).Conclusion:There is a close relationship between VEGF expression and tumor progression in epithelial ovarian patients.The growth,local invasion and metastasis of tumor can be promoted by the VEGF,while the apoptosis is inhibited. |
